The purpose of C3E Geomatics is to offer accurate, reliable, high-quality surveying services to enable clients to complete their projects in a timely manner.
Founder and owner, Phillip J. Landry, is a Professional Land Surveyor in the state of Wisconsin and graduate of Nicholls State University with a B.S. in Geomatics. Having worked in the surveying profession for twenty-five years, he has gained experience on a wide variety of projects ranging from residential to commercial developments, from pipeline construction to flood plain issues. Likewise, Phil has worked across the country on these types of projects, so he is familiar with the obstacles and solutions needed to mastermind even the most difficult.
Phil has established sound business practices and valuable connections with clients locally and even nationally. Because building relationships is the core of C3E's business model, clients find Phil and his staff approachable, fair, and personable.
Phil lives with his wife, Kelly, and their two children in Brookfield, Wisconsin. His family is active in their local church and are committed to serving others both in business and within the local community.
For nearly ten years, Kelly has taught English at the high school and college levels. She has published articles with Milwaukee Magazine, a non-fiction book titled The Mental Road to the Major Leagues, and a novel. Currently, she stays at home with her two boys in addition to working part time as an administrative assistant for C3E.
Kelly is a native of Milwaukee but got a taste of the South when she moved to Louisiana with Phil in 2012. Some of her favorite aspects of Louisiana were king cakes, seafood, and not being cold in the winter. The most exciting thing about moving back to Wisconsin was being able to cheer for the Brewers again at Miller Park.
In her free time, Kelly enjoys reading and writing creatively. Her favorite authors are C. S. Lewis and Ernest Hemingway, and her most recent binge read is Kristin Hannah’s The Nightingale.
